Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your water adventure gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging with all tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mesh and Bungee Cords (cut to custom lengths)
  • Replacement Parts (unless defective)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Refund Information

Water Adventure Tip

Before returning your kayak or paddle board, please ensure all accessories (paddles, fins, etc.) are included. Missing parts may delay your refund processing.
