Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Mesh and Bungee Cords (cut to custom lengths)
- Replacement Parts (unless defective)
- Any items that show signs of use or have been installed

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Any special instructions for your specific items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship your return to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return
- Return shipping must be sent with tracking and insurance

Water Adventure Tip
Before returning your kayak or paddle board, please ensure all accessories (paddles, fins, etc.) are included. Missing parts may delay your refund processing.
